Account Upgrades

Upgrading Your Account to Contributor

There are two types of accounts:

• User: Explore listings, book events, and connect with the community.
• Contributor: Share your initiatives, promote events, and engage with others by creating and publishing your own contents.

By default, all new accounts are set as User. To upgrade to a Contributor:

1. Submit an upgrade request via our Contact Page.
2. Your account will be upgraded within a few hours.
