How Booking Works on ecomeet.sg
Welcome to ecomeet.sg! We’ve designed our platform to make event booking seamless and user-friendly. Whether you’re organizing a beach cleanup or a workshop, submitting and managing your events is simple. Here’s a brief overview of how the booking process works for event organizers and attendees alike.
Event Submission Process:
Organizers can easily submit their events through a dedicated form, providing all necessary event details. The whole process typically takes just a few minutes, especially if you have all the required information and images ready.

Once the event is submitted, it goes live instantly on the website. If you’ve enabled bookings, users can reserve their spot. If bookings are not enabled, the page will still display event details but without the booking widget.

How Users Can Book an Event:
After signing in, users can easily book events by filling out a simple form with their personal details. The following video shows how a signed-in user can book an event
Booking Approval Process:
If you enable instant booking when submitting the event details, user bookings are automatically approved. If you choose not to enable this feature, you’ll need to manually approve or cancel bookings. In either case, users will receive a confirmation or rejection email upon their booking status.
Organizer’s Dashboard:
Once a booking is made, event organizers are notified via email. Organizers can then review booking details through their dashboard and communicate with attendees via our internal messaging system. Here’s a video showing how this works:
Attendee Details:
Event organizers can access general attendee information, including email addresses, by downloading the attendees’ CSV file.
