With the year coming to a close and Lunar New Year preparations in full swing, many of us are clearing space at home for the festivities ✨.
During this period, requests for our bulky removal services tend to increase, so here are a few important reminders to ensure a smooth process:
📅 Book Early – Contact us at least 3 working days in advance to arrange your bulky item removal.
📦 Limit per Request – Maximum of 3 items per household.
🚫 Items Not Covered – Our removal services cannot handle items that require more than 2 conservancy workers, such as:
• House moving items
• Renovation debris
• Built-in fixtures (e.g. cupboards, wardrobes, doors)
• Fish tanks, glassware, and other fragile items
• Large musical instruments and gym equipment
⚠️ Fire Safety Reminder – Do not leave unwanted items in common areas before or after your scheduled removal, as this can pose a fire risk.
