Changkat Primary School (CKPS) celebrates its 60th Anniversary this year! Calling for Volunteer Seamstresses for a school-community project!
AS part of the celebrations on 5 July 2025, CKPS has launched a community project that brings sustainability and togetherness to the forefront. Every year, many pre-loved school uniforms go unused. Instead of letting them go to waste, the materials will be repurposed now into handcrafted memorabilia – keychains, pouches, pen holders and more – to be shared with students, alumni, and visitors during the celebration,

The Circular Classroom is a proud partner of this collaborative project together with the CKPS Parent Suppor Group (PSG), @tp.des, @berninasg, and Changi Simei CC.
Together, we are aligning with the Singapore Green Plan, reducing textile waste, and encouraging sustainable habits in the school and beyond.
