Fun Fact Friday⚡️: Did you know that East Coast Park did not exist before 1985?😮

Indeed, Singapore’s southernmost coast is entirely manmade! It was a development project that took more than 20 years to complete, with over 1,500 hectares of land reclaimed. Given the amount of effort and resources that has been invested, let’s not let climate change and rising sea levels take this precious coastal haven away from us. 🏝️

Join us for the #CityinNature2024 : Conversation to Action fireside chat as we explore the impact of climate change on low-lying Singapore and our shorelines, including the East Coast, as well as how we can take action to ensure a better planet for generations to come! 💚🌍
