Happy Lunar New Year everyone ☺️💖🧧 sharing a mini announcement!
In 2022, we decided to save the iconic red containers because of the crazy amount of waste we knew was going to come about from Lunar New Year and I just cannot bear for Semakau Landfill to fill up any faster.
During that donation drive, we received close to 200 pieces and it took up quite a bit of space due to the bulkiness of these containers.
It took us close to 3 years to slowly rehome them.
The TIME has come to save all these precious resources once more!
We can only take in your donations if you can help us sort them on 8 March from 3pm – 5pm (you can come by anytime to donate and sort).
To ensure we have sufficient space and to track the donations, we will also need you to fill out the form before attending the session!
Please note that we are doing this out of goodwill and the love of the environment, we do not earn anything from this and we are not a dumping ground :’) 💚💚
