Major Update for the Singapore’s Local Conference of Youth
The finalised programme for the LCOY is finally out! (-swipe left)
Our programme starts with a crash course on the relevant policy themes and issues well be discussing for the day.
Next, an expert panel will provide more details on how Singapore has approached these issues.
Both the crash course and expert panel are great opportunities to ask questions you may have on complex policy issues like carbon markets, carbon capture, and rules in international law.
Lunch will be provided and will be followed by sharings from the youth about their contributions to our sustainability understandings and efforts.
The day ends with discussions on Singapore’s climate policies and issues. The contributions from these discussions will be included in the final Youth Statement produced at the end of LCOY!
