Complete the year with nourishment for your body and soul /

Join Lihong and me on the morning of 30 Dec to discover the hidden magic of a beautiful neighbourhood park, with a communal nature garden tended to with love and care for all to enjoy.

I will be sharing about the park’s history and how it evolved into what you see today. As we wander, I’l offer simple yet delightful ways to connect with our urban environment and rediscover a sense of wonder.

Lihong will guide us in absorbing the park’s intangible essence through mindful meandering. At an inspiring spot – a communal nature garden -she will lead us in a movement meditation to connect deeply with the space.

We’llend the morning with nature art, journaling, and tea brewed from the garden’s harvests
