About the programme

Trash Towkay is an educational card game designed to teach players about proper recycling and disposal practices specific to Singapore. Through interactive gameplay, players learn to correctly sort and clean recyclable items to avoid contamination and to make use of community resources such as town councils, Karang Guni, and charity drives for responsible disposal of larger items. The game earned second place in One Service Game Challenge 2024, highlighting its effectiveness in promoting civic responsibility.

The team behind Trash Towkay comprises five dedicated members who have met during the One Service Game Challenge. Their shared goal is to create an educational game that promotes positive municipal behaviors and raises awareness about recycling issues in Singapore

This programme is suitable for children 13 years old and above. Primary school children are also welcome to attend this programme accompanied with a parent.
